Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days after the purchase of a theme, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if the theme does not work on your server. To process this, you must send us your WordPress admin details and the URL of your site for verification.

Non-Eligibility for Refund

You are not eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • The theme works fine on your server but the features don’t match your expectations.
  • Your project requirements have changed, and you no longer need the theme.
  • Your client cancelled the project.
  • You purchased another theme that you believe is a better fit.
  • You no longer require a website.
  • The theme’s features don’t meet your expectations or aren’t as extensive as you thought.

How to Request a Refund

Kindly email us through our contact page requesting a refund and stating the reason. We will attempt to resolve your issue first, or provide a refund if applicable.

Please note: Transaction costs (if purchased via credit card gateway) — nominal up to 3.5% of the total value — may be held back.

Additional Terms

  • No refunds are provided after the first 30 days.
  • We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancelled accounts.
  • All Theme Packages do not qualify for refunds.
  • Please contact us with any questions before purchasing any All Themes Package.
